INSTRUCTIONS

Step one
In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp of oil from the jar of California Sun Dry sun-dried tomatoes over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, 1–2 minutes.
Step two
Pour in broth or stock and bring to a simmer.
Step three
Add in heavy cream and Parmesan, making sure to stir until well combined. Stir in thyme, oregano, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste before returning sauce to a simmer.
Step four
Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and continue cooking until desired thickness is reached.

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup stock or broth
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup grated parmesan
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried oregano
1 tsp red pepper flakes
