Ingredients
1 egg, large
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt and black pepper
3 tbsp Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes, undrained
1 cup (+/-) extra virgin olive oil
4-5 tsp minced garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Place the first 4 ingredients into a food processor. Process for 2 minutes or until well pureed. Slowly add the olive oil while processing.
Step 2
Stop and taste, adjust seasonings and lemon juice until satisfied.
Step 3
Add garlic and process briefly to blend well.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate before serving.
