Asparagus Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 pound asparagus spears, trimmed
1/2 cup chopped Sun-Dried Tomato Halves
2 tbsp sun-dried tomato oil
3 cloves of minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Step one
Prep your ingredients. Trim and wash your asparagus and chop your sun-dried tomatoes. In a large pan, heat some oil. Once the oil is heated, add garlic to the pan and cook. Then, add California Sun Dry Sun-Dried Tomato Halves and sun-dried tomato oil. Add the asparagus and cook until all is roasted. Add seasonings to taste.
Step two
Place the asparagus on a plate and cover with the sun-dried tomatoes and garlic.
