Baked Tomato Feta Pasta

8 oz pasta of choice
16 ounces cherry tomatoes
1 jar Sun-Dried Tomato Halves
8 oz block feta cheese
½ cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves minced
¼ cup chopped basil
Salt and pepper

Our Baked Tomato Feta Pasta is not only incredibly tasty, but also quick and easy to prepare. Use this recipe for a perfect weeknight meal or a special occasion dinner. Baked Tomato Feta Pasta has a delightful burst of flavor and a creamy texture, that is perfect for your favorite noodles!
Step one
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step two
Add tomatoes, California Sun Dry Sun-Dried Tomato Halves, olive oil, and salt and pepper to an oven-safe dish. Stir until everything is covered.
Step three
Make room in the center of the dish for the block of cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 35 minutes. While this is cooking, chop the garlic and basil and cook the pasta.
Step four
Remove the dish from the oven and add garlic and basil immediately. Break up the feta cheese and stir everything together until creamy.
Step five
Stir in the pasta and desired amount of seasoning. To make the pasta more creamy, you can reserve pasta water and add it into the dish slowly until desired consistency is achieved.
