Grilled Salmon

Prep Time: 5 minutes / Cook Time: 20 minutes / Yields: 4 servings

California Sun Dry

Ingredients

4 salmon filets
1 jar Sun-Dried Tomato Garlic
1 jar Sun-Dried Tomato Spread
Olive oil

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven broiler or outdoor grill. Wash salmon filet(s) in cool water and pat dry. Rub olive oil on all sides of fish and place on an oven broiler pan or grill tray, skin side down. Lightly spread sun-dried tomato garlic on top of salmon and then a layer of sun-dried tomato spread on top and sides.

Step 2
Place oven rack in center and broil until done to taste. For grill, place fish on grill tray, maintain medium to low heat and grill until done to taste.
