Pesto and Arugula Pasta

⅓ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp pine nuts
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 tsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp oregano
1 cup basil
