Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
½ cup italian seasoned panko bread crumbs
8 oz Sun-Dried Tomato Halves, in oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp parsley
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
4 hamburger buns of your choice
Toppings: lettuce, onion, tomato, cheese, etc.

Our Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Burgers are a delightful twist on the classic burger, but with the comfort of a burger and the exciting flavors of our sun-dried tomatoes. Step 1
Chop all herbs and combine in a food processor with California Sun Dry Sun-Dried Tomato Halves (and their oil), salt, and pepper. Pulse until the mixture has fully combined into a paste.
Step 2
Combine ground chicken with the tomato paste, minced garlic, and breadcrumbs. Season with more salt and pepper. Form into 4 equal sized patties.
Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Cook chicken patties on medium-high heat until fully cooked. Patties can also be cooked on a grill if preferred.
Step 4
Load burgers onto buns + add desired toppings. Enjoy!
