Sun-Dried Tomato Crostini

Purchased crostini
2 tsp minced garlic
½ cup Julienne Cut Tomatoes in Oil, drained
1-2 ¼ oz can sliced black olives, drained
¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup grated asiago Cheese
¾ cup shredded mozzarella
½ tsp pepper

Sun-Dried Tomato Crostini is an appetizer that combines the crunch of toasted baguette slices with our flavorful sun-dried tomatoes. Step 1
Place garlic, California Sun Dry Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes, olives, mayonnaise, asiago, mozzarella & pepper in a food processor. Process until finely minced.
Step 2
Arrange crostini on rimmed baking sheet(s). Spread the tomato mixture on top to edges. (Toasts may be covered and refrigerated for up to 8 hours).
Step 3
Preheat oven to 450. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the edges are browned and the topping is slightly puffed.
