Sun-Dried Tomato Torte

California Sun Dry

Ingredients

2 (8 oz) blocks of cream cheese
1 (8.5 oz) jar Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
1 (8.5 oz) jar Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes, drained
1/2 (9 oz) jar Sun-Dried Tomato Spread
1 cup salted, roasted pistachios nuts, chopped
Assorted crackers
Parsley

Instructions

Step 1
Between two sheets of plastic wrap, roll out one of the cream cheese blocks into a rectangle, no more than 1/4” thick. Wrap in plastic and repeat with the remaining block of cream cheese. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.

Step 2
Drain jar of the sun-dried tomatoes

Step 3
Place 1 layer of cream cheese on a serving plate. Spread 1/2 of the jar or more of Sun-Dried Tomato Spread evenly on top to the edges and 1/2 of pesto over the spread.

Step 4
Place the second layer of cream cheese on top. Spoon the remaining half of pesto over the cheese. Top with drained sun-dried tomatoes. Loosely press nuts around the sides.

Step 5
Dress with fresh parsley or basil and serve with crackers.
