Step 1
Lay out salami rounds and cut each one from the middle to the outside. Twist edges around each other to form a cone. Secure with a toothpick to hold. Place on a pan and put into the freezer to chill.
Step 2
Beat room temperature cream cheese until smooth, then add curry powder and California Sun Dry Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes. Mix until well-blended
Step 3
Place cream cheese mixture into a pastry bag. Remove chilled salami horns and fill with the cheese mixture. Chill the Sun Trumpets until ready to serve.
