Turkey Meatloaf

Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 45 minutes / Yields: 6-8 Servings

California Sun Dry

Ingredients

Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/3 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
¼ cup Sun-Dried Tomato Halves
2 tsp Sun-Dried Tomato Garlic
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp whole milk
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 lb ground turkey, preferably dark meat

Instructions

Step 1
Set oven to 375°. Spray a 9 by 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

Step 2
Combine bread crumbs, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, eggs, milk, feta, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add turkey and combine.

Step 3
Pour mix into prepared pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and slice.
