Crockpot Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Lasagna Soup

4 tbsp butter
1 jar California Sun Dry Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Packed in Oil, drained
1/4 cup flour
1 yellow onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
chili flakes
1 cup chopped celery
6 cups broth
salt and pepper
8 lasagna noodles broken into pieces
3 cups baby spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
