Tom’s Panini

California Sun Dry

Ingredients

Sliced sourdough bread
Butter
Black forest ham, sliced
Swiss or gruyere cheese, sliced or grated
Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes
(all amounts are to taste)

Tom’s Panini is the perfect blend of savory and satisfying with the combination of cheese, ham, and sun-dried tomatoes. Whether you are making a quick lunch or a light dinner, this sandwich will be an instant favorite with each bite you take.

Step 1
Preheat skillet or panini press to medium.

Step 2
Butter the outside of the bread. Place the first piece of bread, butter side down in the skillet or press.

Step 3
Top with cheese, ham, and California Sun Dry Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes. Follow with another layer of cheese and a second piece of bread.

Step 4
In skillet, flip over when the bottom slice is nicely browned and brown the other side. Close press and cook until both sides are brown.
