1 lb shredded cooked chicken
salt & pepper
chopped fresh basil
bread of your choosing
optional: arugula or spinach

This Marry Me Chicken Salad is inspired by the popular “Marry Me Chicken” recipe, taking the creamy, savory flavor of the original dish and transforming it into the perfect lunchtime meal. So bring these sandwiches along to a romantic picnic, and it might just lead to a proposal!
Step 1
In a large bowl stir together mayo, mustard, shallot, tomato paste, garlic powder, white wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, oil from California Sun Dry’s Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes in oil, and parmesan.
Step 2
