Marry Me Salmon

Ingredients

4 skinless salmon filets
1/2 cup California Sun Dry Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Packed in Oil
1 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper
3 tbsp butter
2 tsp garlic, minced
3 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
basil, chopped

Heat olive oil in a large pan while seasoning your salmon with salt and pepper.

Cook your salmon on medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through. Take out of pan and set aside.

Melt butter in that same large pan. Then, add flour and chicken broth. Stir.

Add in heavy cream and parmesan cheese while stirring.

Step 5
Then, add in California Sun Dry Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Italian season. Stir to combine. Add your cooked salmon back into the pan and spoon sauce on top.

Step 6
Bring to a boil and let simmer until sauce thickens (10 minutes).
