Marry Me Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup California Sun Dry Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Packed in Oil
salt and pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 yellow onion, diced
Italian Seasoning
parmesan, grated
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
store-bought pizza dough/pizza crust- we used a premade thin pizza crust
shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Get ready to say “yes” to the most delicious pizza! This Marry Me Chicken Pizza is super easy to make and takes the best of the classic Marry Me Chicken dish and makes it in a pizza form!

Step 1
Grill your chicken and cut into small pieces. Set aside.

Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan. Once heated, cook diced onion until translucent. Then, add garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Next, add California Sun Dry Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes, heavy whipping cream, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parmesan to thicken.

Step 3
Get you pizza crust ready on a pan. Spread the sauce onto the crust. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and your cooked chicken.

Step 4
Cook for 12 minutes at 425F.
