1 jar of California Sun Dry Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes, in oil
2 rounds of 5.2oz Garlic and Fine Herbs Boursin Cheese
2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 cups spinach
1 box of rotini pasta
Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F.
Step 2
Place the 2 rounds of Boursin Cheese in a 13x9in baking pan with the entire jar of California Sun Dry Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes and the cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Cook for 20 minutes and while that is in the oven, cook your pasta.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and stir the cheese and tomatoes together. Add the spinach and stir again, then add your cooked pasta.
Step 4
Top with parmesan and enjoy!
