Ingredients

8 oz brick cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 cup chives
1/4 cup basil
5.3 oz Boursin Cheese Garlic and Herbs
1/4 cup California Sun Dry Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Packed in Oil
1/4 cup sour cream
salt & pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cup shredded gouda cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Kick off your party with this irresistible Sun-Dried Tomato Cheese Ball! Coated with crunchy pecans, this ball is perfect for any occasion and sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Serve it with your favorite crackers, veggies, pretzels, or baguette slices!

Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except pecans, in a large bowl and mix together well with a spatula.

Step 2
Shape the mixture into 1 or 2 large balls. Roll these balls in chopped pecans to coat.

Step 3
Wrap the ball or balls in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Step 4
