Sun-Dried Tomato Garlic Bread
Prep Time: 1 hour / Cook Time: 10 minutes / Yields: 12 servings

Ingredients
6 oz Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Oil, drained and chopped
4 heads of garlic
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded mozarella
1 large loaf of french bread.

Sun-Dried Tomato Garlic Bread creates a unique and irresistible taste. The combination of our delicious sun-dried tomatoes and savory garlic will satisfy your taste buds as an appetizer, side dish, or a snack. Rich flavors and inviting aroma, make this perfect for any dinner party, impressing your guests with the variety of flavors.
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Step 2
Chop the heads off of garlic and place in foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and roast for 30-40 minutes or until soft. Take out of the oven and turn oven heat to 425F.
Step 3
Combine softened butter, roasted garlic, California Sun Dry Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Step 4
Cut the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet cut side up. Spread the butter mixture on each side. Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the garlic bread into slices and enjoy!
