Step 1
Mix cream cheese, California Sun Dry Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes, spinach, garlic, parmesan cheese, and salt & pepper together.
Step 2
Divide the mixture between two flour tortillas by spooning some onto each and spreading into an even layer all the way to the edge. Place basil on top, covering the cream cheese spread.
Step 3
Tightly roll tortillas up and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for an hour and then cut into slices.
